Our whisky is still maturing - slowly and patiently - in carefully selected oak casks. By joining our exclusive Cask Ownership Program, you-ll have the unique opportunity to take part in this aging journey and craft a spirit that's truly your own.

Choose between Portuguese or American Oak, each seasoned with your preferred profile:

Every Barrel offers a different path to flavor - and it's yours to shape.
FLEXIBLE MATURATION
Your casks will rest under ideal conditions in our cellar for a minimum of 3 years, in compliance with whisky regulations. After that, the whisky can remain in the barrel as long as you wish. You're welcome to schedule tastings during the aging process and decide when it's ready to bottle.
FROM CASK TO BOTTLE
Once matured, you may:
- Buy the whisky in bulk*
- Let us handle bottling and labeling**
